Message frequency varies and may include up to six messages per scheduled appointment, plus occasional customer-care follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers to operate our scheduling, recordkeeping, communications, payment, hosting, and business systems. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for Pinkie’s Pooch Parlor and are not permitted to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing.
Photos and social media
We may photograph pets for service records or, with permission, marketing and social media. Clients may decline marketing use globally or for an individual visit. Declining photo use does not affect grooming services.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for client care, business records, legal obligations, and legitimate operational purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to review or correct your contact and pet information, change communication preferences, or withdraw photo permission. Certain service and transaction records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
